About the Journal

Al-Muqaronah: Jurnal Perbandingan Madzhab dan Hukumis a scientific journal published by the Department of Comparative Schools, Darussalam Bermi College of Sharia Science since 2022 (online version). This scientific journal specializes in the study of Islamic legal thought or comparative general law which contains scientific works related to thought in the field of law, both general (positive) law and Islamic law. The existence of Al-Muqaronah is of course very important in exploring, enriching and developing legal thought and theory, both Islamic and Positive Law. In this way, Al-Muqaronah will make a positive contribution in enriching the treasures of thought in the field of law, both Islamic law and positive law. . This journal seeks to present various results of the latest research, both conceptual-doctrinal and empirical, in the field. The editors of "Al-Muqaronah: Journal of Comparative Madzhab" welcome contributions in the form of articles which will be published after going through the manuscript selection mechanism, double-blind peer-review, and editing process.
