About the Journal

Jurnal Darussalam : Pemikiran Hukum Tata negara dan Perbandingan Mazhab created as an open access peer-reviewed journal, it is also a scientific journal and scientific communication media as well as a space for expressing critical thinking for researchers, activists, academics and students whose study focus is in the field of Constitutional Law and Comparative Schools which aims to offer a national academic platform for the study of thought. Constitutional law as well as Comparative Madzhab, Comparative Customary Law and/or other Positive Law. This includes research articles, both normative-doctrinal and empirical/field.
