Author Guidelines

Authors who wish to submit their manuscripts to JET (Journal of Education and Teaching) are kindly requested to follow the guidelines below:

1. Type of Manuscript

Submitted manuscripts must be original research articles, literature reviews, or conceptual papers related to the fields of education and teaching.

2. Language

Manuscripts may be written in Indonesian or academic English, using clear and proper grammar.

3. Manuscript Format

  • The length of the manuscript should be between 4,000–7,000 words, including the abstract, tables, figures, and references.

  • Authors must use the journal template available on the [Template] menu.

  • The file should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

4. Article Structure

Each manuscript should include the following sections:

  • Title

  • Author’s Name and Affiliation

  • Abstract (maximum 200 words) and Keywords (3–5 words)

  • Introduction

  • Literature Review (if necessary)

  • Research Methodology

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion and Suggestions

  • References

5. Reference Style

Authors may use either the footnote system (bodynote) or the APA Style (7th edition), as specified by the journal.
References should include a minimum of 10 sources, with a majority from scientific journals published within the last five years.

6. Originality and Publication Ethics

  • Manuscripts must be original, have not been previously published, and are not under review by another journal.

  • Authors are fully responsible for the originality and authenticity of their work.

  • All submissions will be checked for plagiarism using appropriate detection software.
