Al-Muqaronah: Jurnal Perbandingan Mazhab dan Hukum was created as an open access peer-reviewed journal which aims to offer a national academic platform for the study of legal thought, Comparative Madzhab and Society, Comparative Customary Law and/or Positive Law. This includes research articles, both normative-doctrinal and empirical/field. The scope of the Darussalam Journal includes Comparative Law, Schools of Law & Religion, and Law & Society. Al-Muqaronah Journal was founded in 2022 and is affiliated with Perbandingan Madzhab program study in Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Syariah Darussalam (STISDA) Bermi Gerung.
